Description:
The Office Assistant will provide clerical support to all faculty members of the diverse Communication Department. The Office Duties include:
-Answering phones
-Greeting visitors and students
-Directing questions from students to the appropriate faculty member
-Handling confidential paperwork
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Organized and able to prioritize tasks
-Experience with Microsoft Office programs and Google Applications
-Comfortable working with spreadsheets
-Good attitude and has a desire to learn from this experience
